T. Eric Hart.   Vice President / Instructor.   Member AEA, AFTRA.

T. Eric Hart has been in the business for over thirty-five years, having begun his career as a boy starring in Amahl and the Night Visitors.  The years hence have been filled with opportunity and chance which have brought him to where he is today; a successful and accomplished actor and performer.

After years in the world of community theater performing in every show from Amahl...  to The Zoo Story he found himself in New York, where he was immediately picked up by an agency and put to work.  Since then, he has been fortunate enough to have been a part of a world most actors only dream of.  He has been a part of and/or starred in many productions including The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber in which he was chosen personally by Sir Andrew himself (starring alongside Sarah Brightman and Michael Crawford).  Les Miserables took him all over North America and Asia performing both roles of Mont Parnasse and Javert.  Soon after came the original concept performance of Frank Wildhorn’s Civil War and then on to the original Broadway company of The Scarlet Pimpernel where he originated the role of Coupeau and starred as Chauvelin (original Broadway soundtrack).  Then the French called him to Las Vegas to star in their mega-hit musical Notre Dame de Paris at the Paris Hotel and Casino.  It was then time to originate another role: that of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde in the re-written version of Frank Wildhorn’s smash Broadway hit Jekyll and Hyde.
Most recently he delighted fans and critics as he originated the role of "Rochester" in the world premier of Jane Eyre at Fullerton Civic Light Opera in Fullerton, CA.

The Broadway and regional stages are not the only places T. Eric feels at home; he also co-starred as a regular on both the daytime dramas As the World Turns and Another World and continues his work with film and ongoing vocal projects all over the country.

Eric has performed all over the world collecting critical acclaim in every show he has ever done.
He wants to share his knowledge with you.

Carey Frost.   Board of Directors.

Carey is a singer and songwriter who has been entertaining audiences with her soprano voice since she was five years old.  With a wide vocal range, she is called upon to sing from many genres including Opera, Country, Broadway, Christian, Pop, Rock and even Celtic.   She was last seen in A Taste of Broadway at Four County Players where she had the opportunity to reprise her powerful solo in “Seasons of Love” from the hit Broadway show of RENT which she did with Play On! in 2010.

Carey’s amazing talent impressed CMT executives and took her to Round Two Finalist status on the network’s reality series Nashville Star. That was certainly not her last taste of TV or film.  Award winning Hollywood actress and screen writer Debra Hopkins sought Carey out to lend her voice to the soundtrack of the award-winning short film Passing Darkness.  With other film and vocal projects in the works, and two energetic boys aged 11 and 15, Carey enjoys a busy and fulfilling life in Charlottesville, VA.

She is excited to be part of Cville Performing Arts as an event facilitator, consultant and more.
